CCAA Online Human Factors Training meets the requirements of Canadian Aviation Regulations. This online course is approximately 4.5 hours of material, including the time to complete the quizzes and the examinations. It provides participants with an understanding and awareness of the human factors that can potentially lead to accidents and incidents. This course is intended for all persons employed within the aviation and aerospace industry.
Content covered in the online training includes:
•Understanding Human Factors and Safety Management.
•Understanding Errors and Threats
•Recognizing and managing human factors that may lead to errors using the concept of the “Dirty Dozen”.
•Understanding and addressing communication difficulties in the workplace.
Upon completion of this training course, participants will have a sound understanding of the relationship between human factors and safety management and receive a certificate of completion.
